So i finally got around to watching The Other Boleyn Girl and it made a really good case for Henry Carey being the son of Henry Tudor.
You see, Henry Tudor played around... a lot... he had numerous mistresses in England among them my were my ancestors, Mary Boleyn and Agnes
Blewitt...
This movie focuses on the story of Great Grams Mary Boleyn who married a Carey but was for a time the mistress of Henry VIII... about the time she had her son who just happened to be named Henry Carey. Now i aint saying he is or he aint a tudor, but this movie sure seems to say yea verily.....

21. Catherine Poff Stump Collins #52ancestors

Born about 1832 to Anthony Poff and Sarah Wilson, Catherine Poff married 1st William T. Stump and after he died she married John H. Collins. John was the father of David J. Collins who was called Daniel by most family historians. John and Catherine were married in July of 1867.  The Poff family came from Germany while the Collins family is from Ireland.

Born in Virginia, USA on 1832 to Anthony Poff and Sarah Sally Wilson. Catherine married William T Stump and had 3 children.

David J. Collins married Martha Bartlett, the daughter of George Riley Bartlett and Nancy King. He was the son of John H. Collins and Catherine Poff Stump. John was Catherine's second husband and I am writing about him today because he is my great grandfather.

Though his marriage record says David J. Collins, numerous documents have listed him as Daniel and this made tracking him down difficult. If not for the obituaries of the Floyd website I might never have known his real name or his marriage date. 

David married Martha at her father's home in Floyd, Virginia on September 13th, 1894. He was 23 and his bride was 20 years of age. The ceremony was performed by David Sumner.
